We recommend scheduling at least 24-48 hours in advance for non-emergency medical transportation. However, we do our best to accommodate same-day requests based on vehicle availability.
Many insurance plans, including certain Medicare and Medicaid programs, cover non-emergency transport when it is medically necessary. We also accept private pay and can coordinate with facility billing departments.
Our team consists of certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and professional medical drivers. All staff undergo extensive background checks, drug screening, and regular training in patient handling and CPR.
Yes, we allow one caregiver or family member to accompany the patient at no additional charge. Please let us know when scheduling so we can ensure the vehicle is properly configured.
Absolutely. Dialysis transport is one of our primary services. We provide punctual, recurring transportation to ensure you never miss a treatment and get home safely afterward.
Yes, our entire fleet is ADA-compliant and equipped with hydraulic lifts or ramps and advanced securement systems to transport patients safely in their wheelchairs.
